For me creating pottery by hand is a tactile and immersive experience, one that is literally centering and grounding...and slightly addictive. I'm guided by a desire to create the objects that surround us in our lives and homes differently, uniquely, and made to last. Translating my ideas by hand to material is only second to my pleasure when people feel compelled to touch my work and take it home.
